ESR10: Florian Eggers
We are happy to announce that Florian Eggers has joined the RIBES European Training Network as one of our early stage researchers.
Florian Eggers work will focus on field monitoring methods to assess fish passage efficiency, and will be hosted by Fiskevårdsteknik AB in Sweden. At the same time, he will pursue a PhD at Karlstad University Sweden. He will be supervised by Mats Hebrand, Stefan Kläppe, and Viktor Hebrand at Fiskevårdsteknik, and Olle Calles at Karlstad University.
Florian Eggers has a master’s degree in Biology from Justus Liebig University, Giessen (Germany). Thereafter, he has worked on fish passage related questions both at the Institute for applied ecology, Kirtorf-Wahlen, Germany and for the local administration in Esslingen, Germany.
