ESR03: Henry Hansen

We are happy to announce that also Henry Hansen has joined the RIBES European Training Network as one of our early stage researchers (ESR) this week.

Henry Hansen is hosted at Karlstad University, Sweden. His research will focus on habitat alterations of rivers and fish community responses, and he will be supervised by Lovisa Lind and Eva Bergman.

He earned his master’s degree at University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA and has also experience in freshwater research from IGB Leibniz-Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries, Berlin. His work has included, among other topics, fish-insect interactions, large-scale movements and spatial behavior of channel catfish, and the future fate of aging dams.
